Clements House (A Shaker Kitchen in Bath)
Clements House (A Shaker Kitchen in Bath)
Three Shaker cupboards, an island and two shelves, this kitchen is all about choosing what it takes to make somewhere look impeccable, functional and oh so calm.
The room exudes a warm, golden hour glow all day long, due largely to the paint colours, the sheer café curtains at the wonderful Georgian windows and light reflecting off the pale pitch pine floorboards. Bold Calacatta Viola marble worktops, grand features and beautifully curated accessories are just enough to take this kitchen from simply beautiful to understated elegance.
All the original details have been sympathetically and authentically restored, making the space look pared back and refined but still retaining the unmistakable character of a Georgian house.
The grand room, the simple floorboards, the dramatic marble worktops and the humble shelves are a perfect balance, ensuring the kitchen feels and looks flawless.
